The dressed carcass of half a beef will weigh approximately 375-400lbs.
A deposit of $500 is required to reserve your order. The balance is due upon pickup.
The price for half a beef is approx. $2800.
This price includes cutting and wrapping.
All cuts are vacuum packed and frozen for guaranteed freshness
