The price for bulk beef is $7.25/lb calculated on dressed weight. (before it’s cut and wrapped)
The dressed carcass of half a beef will weigh approximately 400-425lbs.
A deposit of $550 is required to reserve your order. The balance is due upon pickup.
The price for half a beef is approx. $2900.
This price includes cutting and wrapping.
All cuts are vacuum packed and frozen for guaranteed freshness
The beef will be ready for pick up in the farmstore 3-4 weeks after the harvest date. (Please note, all weights and price are estimated. The exact weight and price is determined after the animal is harvested and the weight of the meat that you take home will vary depending on the cuts you choose.)
