The dressed carcass of a quarter beef is expected to weigh approx 200-212lbs.
A deposit of $350 is required to reserve your order. The balance is due upon pickup.
This price includes cutting and wrapping. All cuts are vacuum packed and frozen for guaranteed freshness
The price for a quarter beef is approx. $1450. (Please note, all weights and price are estimated. The exact weight and price is determined after the animal is harvested and the weight of the meat that you take home will vary depending on the cuts you choose)
