Deposit for quarter beef share

When ordering a quarter animal you will take home approx 120lbs lbs of meat.

The price for bulk beef is $7.00/lb calculated on dressed weight. (before it’s cut and wrapped)

The dressed carcass of a quarter beef is expected to weigh approx 200lbs.

A deposit of $300 is required to reserve your order. The balance is due upon pickup.

This price includes cutting and wrapping. All cuts are vacuum packed and frozen for guaranteed freshness

The price for a quarter beef is approx. $1400.

(Please note, all weights and price are estimated. The exact weight and price is determined after the animal is harvested and the weight of the meat that you take home will vary depending on the cuts you choose)

A quarter of beef is often referred to as a split side. When ordering a quarter you will receive cuts from the back and from the front.
