Whole Beef in Bulk Deposit

$925.00

When ordering a whole beef you will take home all the meat for a whole animal, cut according to the cuts selected on the cutting order form. (see link below)

The price for beef in bulk is calculated on the hot carcass weight, often referred to as the hanging weight or dressed weight, at $8.50/lb. This price includes cutting and wrapping.

In a whole beef order the expected carcass weight is approximately 850lbs (see FAQ for more details) After the butcher has cut and wrapped all the cuts, as selected on the cutting order form, you will take home approximately 530lbs of meat. These cuts will fit in 11 or 12 boxes. Each box measures 12”x18”x10”, approximately 1.25 cubic feet

All the cuts are vacuum packed and frozen for guaranteed freshness.

The beef will be ready for pick up at the farmstore approx. 3-4 weeks after the harvest date.

To reserve a bulk beef order we request a deposit and the balance is due upon pickup. The deposit can be paid by adding the whole, half or quarter option to your cart and proceed to checkout. After successfully processing the payment, you will receive a link to download the cutting order form. This is the form where you will select the preferred cuts, please complete the fillable form and email it to us as per the instructions in the confirmation email
